Thai Specialty Cooks (several positions)
Requirements:
At least 2 years of working experience in a Thai kitchen, whether in a restaurant or catering business.
Deep understanding of traditional Thai ingredients, cooking methods, and recipes, including but not limited to curries, stir-fries, soups, and salads.
Ability to balance the key flavors in Thai cuisine—sweet, salty, sour, and spicy.
Proficiency in stir-frying, grilling, steaming, and deep frying, along with the ability to work with essential Thai herbs and spices (e.g., lemongrass, kaffir lime, Thai basil, galangal).
In-depth knowledge of ingredients unique to Thai cuisine, such as fish sauce, tamarind, Thai chilis, coconut milk, and more.
Server
Requirements:
Experience in a full service, high volume restaurant as a server
Impeccable service standards and personal grooming
Clean work habits and attention to detail
Responsible, punctual, resourceful and well-organized
Personable, outgoing, energetic team player with a positive attitude
Ability to communicate effectively
Flexible availability including lunch and dinner
Can be full time or part time
